7 weeks to go

Today we are 33 weeks pregnant...time for an update!

New this week- I am enormous. I can't kneel at mass anymore because there's not enough belly room between the kneeler and the pew. I also can't fit into the booths in the snack bar at the skating rink. I can barely fit behind the steering wheel of my car. My back hurts, my right hip hurts, and I gladly (most of the time) accept all of this because my pregnancies are healthy, my babies (so far) have been healthy, and so I can't really complain about these small troubles.

Ok, I'll share, but we've already decided with the next baby that we won't share names until the baby is born...either that or we will give everyone really horrible names, like Athanasius Fiacre, so that they will like anything we end up picking instead. this is because everyone keeps shooting down our boy names, and even though I know I don't have to listen to them, it makes *me* decide I'm not so crazy about them usually too, lol, and so as a result we have had a really hard time coming up with a boy name...in fact, we don't really have one down pat yet. I want "Robert" in there for my grandfather. So, we are debating between "Henry Robert" or "Robert Gabriel"...or "Gabriel Robert"...or whatever else pops up, the boy thing will probably stay loose until the baby is born. lol... Girl names we've got, and we've settled on Teresa Grace for a girl, and we would call her "Tess" for short.

Melanie, this is SO exciting! You are getting so close....

And man, don't they need pregnant woman kneelers at Church?! I was just thinking that Sunday...LOL!

Oh - also, I vote for Gabriel Robert [not that I get a vote of course!]. LOL! You can't get a better name than that. ;)

Tess for Teresa is adorable! I love it!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the name Tess! In fact, a friend of mine named her new little girl Olivia Tess and I wanted to have another baby girl just to claim the name for one of my own! Choosing a name is SUCH fun! Oh, I love your "boy" name choices, too, I just tend to get more excited about girl names.:-) Lori

Mel,
I love the names you picked! I can't wait to hear of the baby's arrival. Your post made me laugh and remember the days of me being so huge that I could no longer fit behind the wheel of my car or in a booth at a diner. My kids would tell me that I waddled like a penguin. May God Bless little Henry, Robert, Gabriel or Teresa!
